The following terms constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) between you as the “Client” and ArtistryTales alias Eleonora Casalini (“We” / “Us”), and apply to your access to and use of the services provided through the ArtistryTales website or via direct communication.

Provision of Personal Data

To request services or communicate with ArtistryTales, the Client may be required to provide personal data as indicated in the contact form or relevant sections of the website. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Description of Services

ArtistryTales offers cover design, editorial design, and illustration services. These are described in detail on the website and may be subject to change without notice.
All content published on the website — including text, graphics, illustrations, and previews — is protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Contact and Inquiry Process

To request services:

1. The Client fills out and submits the contact form or sends an email directly.
2. A confirmation of receipt may be sent, if applicable.
3. ArtistryTales will evaluate the request and reply to discuss availability, scope, and potential collaboration.
4. ArtistryTales reserves the right to decline a project without the obligation to justify the decision.

Initial contact does not imply acceptance of the project by either party.

No Direct Purchase of Services

Services cannot be purchased directly through the website. The website serves as a platform for showcasing past work and collecting inquiries. All service agreements, including pricing and timeline, are formalized through direct communication and a signed contract.

Premade Cover Designs

• Premade covers are sold only once and are removed from circulation upon receipt of payment.
• ArtistryTales updates the website regularly, but if multiple requests are received for the same cover, priority will be given based on the order of submission.
• The purchase includes three (3) rounds of revisions (e.g. for title, author name, subtitles, small adjustments — including the extras).
• It is the Client’s responsibility to provide correct and complete information for customization. ArtistryTales is not liable for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate data.
• Average delivery time is 1–2 weeks, depending on current schedule and the Client’s responsiveness.

File Formats

• Ebook covers and related digital materials are delivered in JPG and PNG.
• Print editions (paperback, hardcover, dust jacket) are delivered in PDF, print-ready, based on the specifications provided by the Client.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds are issued once any file has been sent — including first previews, drafts, or finalized versions.

If the Client wants to cancel before receiving any file, a partial refund may be considered. However, the ebook price (or equivalent deposit) is non-refundable.

Refunds are not granted in cases of the buyer’s second thought or failure to provide correct specifications.

Client Responsibility

The Client must ensure that all technical details — including trim size, spine width, and other formatting requirements — are accurate.
ArtistryTales is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete specifications.

Custom Cover Designs

Custom covers are fully bespoke and developed in close collaboration with the Client. Requests must be made via the contact form or by email.
Each request is evaluated individually. Pricing, timelines, and revisions are defined via contract before work begins.

Custom projects may require more time than premade covers due to concept development and creative exploration.

Credits and Attribution

ArtistryTales appreciates being credited as the cover designer wherever possible.

• For independently published authors, attribution is optional but encouraged.
• For publishing houses or agencies, crediting ArtistryTales is mandatory, unless explicitly waived in writing.

Prices and Payment Methods

• Prices for premade designs are listed on the website.
• Prices for custom designs are agreed upon individually.
• All payments are processed in euro (€) via the agreed method (Wise, PayPal through Stripe with 4% fee, or direct bank transfer).
• An initial deposit (usually the ebook price or equivalent percentage) is required before editing begins, along with a signed agreement.
• The Client may also opt to pay the full amount upfront.

ArtistryTales does not store or process payment data directly; all transactions are handled securely by third-party providers in accordance with their policies.

Service Availability and Modifications

ArtistryTales reserves the right to update or discontinue any service at any time.
Changes to availability, pricing, or workflow will be communicated to the Client when relevant.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution via direct communication.
If no agreement is reached, legal jurisdiction falls under the courts of Bologna, Italy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
Where higher consumer protection standards exist in the Client’s country of residence, such standards will apply.

Changes to These Terms

ArtistryTales reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
